How to calibration the offline program

I create paths and programs, all of them imported in kuka, and the kuka run well.
But how can I make the path fixing the actual parts.I know I should do a calibration between the offline program and the parts. 
It is my first time to use the offline programming, Can you send me some information for the calibration?
