Importing my ALL.PRM File into Robodk does not work!

#1
Hi,
I am trying to import my ALL.PRM file from a Yaskawa GP4 into RoboDK in order to create robot programs. Unfortunately, this does not work as expected, since the MotomanALLPRM.exe tool does not seem to function. I read on the forum that you can send you ALL.PRM file to Robodk and they will calculate the Impuls/degree values for you. Can anyone help me with this?

I was not able to attach the ALL.PRM File, so if anyone at Robodk can help, let me know and I'll send you the file.

Sincerely,
Mathis

Can you send a formal request for a call through our contact form and mention this thread?

You can contact us here:

We look forward to setting up a call to fix this issue.

In the meantime, if you can attach the ALL.PRM file as a ZIP file we can do it for you.

I attached your Yaskawa Motoman GP4 robot with the pulses/degree included in the robot model.

I found your email request and I'm getting back to you shortly.
