I installed the latest version of RoboDK but it does not work.

Can you share more information about your computer? Do you have a 32 bit CPU? If so, you can contact us by email so we can send you a 32-bit version of RoboDK.

windows its 64bits

Did you see this issue with the latest version of RoboDK?

Can you try running these executables?

• C:/RoboDK/bin/RoboDK-D3D.exe
  
• C:/RoboDK/bin/RoboDK-GL2.exe
  

Let us know if you see a similar error or a different one.

its the version before to the new v6 and the error is the same with that two files.

We just created an 32-bit installer for the latest version of RoboDK (updated today). You can take the latest version here:
https://cdn.robodk.com/downloads/Install...v6.0.1.exe

This version should have better compatibility with Windows 7.

Can you confirm if this works for you?
