Issue connecting RoboDK to UR5e

#1
Hello, I am having some issue connecting (and pinging) our UR5e to my Robodk SW (Free). I had a license provided by the University that I enrolled in for Cobot basic programming but it expired a couple of weeks ago.

Can we connect the UR5e with a free version of the Robodk? At this stage I wanted to show my peers and Managers the simplicity of creating the program through Robodk and running or transferring it to the cobot. Hoping that we can purchase a license in the future after this demo.

Thank you in advance.

You should be able to use robot drivers and connect to your robot (including UR5e) without issues. I recommend you to go through this section which helps troubleshoot connection issues:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robot-Drivers....oubleshoot

Some laptops and company networks have strict Firewalls or connections blocked so I recommend you to start by trying to disable the Windows Firewall temporarily.
