You should follow the procedure in the following link to setup the driver for your KUKA robot:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robots-KUKA.html#DriverKUKA

You can also generate programs offline for your controller and load them using a USB disk or FTP transfer (SRC files for KUKA controllers).

You can take the C3 Bridge installer from the following link:
https://robodk.com/doc/drivers/c3setup-1.7.1.exe

We'll be updating our documentation to include this file.

thanks for sharing the link, but i still can't figure how to fix it, as a reminder, i am working on krc5 micro with KUKA smartPAD pro on LBR iisy 3 R760, the problem is that the procedure is not compatible with existing equipments, i also tried to plug USB devices to the teach pendant or the controller, but unsuccessful, also i cant find he KUKA button Robots KUKA - Image 16 - at the top left of the screen, so i can't follow the steps.
would someone be able to help me, especially after i bought the student licence and still can not reach my goal.

We haven't come across KRC5 before, could you please take some screenshots of your interface?
