Issues importing STEP and IGES from SolidWorks

#1
Probably this is because I did some map for an AMR project, so is pretty big, stl seems like it imports good enough, but it doesn't have colours, the problem in the picture...

Then when using the IGES format, I can't use it because the Z axis and end effector aren't aligned because it seems like even if I did rotate it in Solidworks using the plug-in and doing it manually in RoboDK still doesn't work (tried using "target in surface" on the ground to let u see it only does it well with lateral walls... if I do not rotate it works fine...).

Can you share your RoboDK project and the 3D model you are using?

If you are using the RoboDK Plug-in for SolidWorks you can change if you want to align your Z axis towards the top using the corresponding setting. You can find more information here:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Plugin-SolidWo...SWSettings

Also, regarding colors, if you load the STEP file you shared you can split the object into smaller components and delete the first element to see the colors (the surfaces are duplicated, with and without colors).
