License problem

I have a problem because I activated the license but saw the update and performed it. And after the update I have the same problem as on SS. Please help, I don't know what to do next?

Did you setup the same license on a different computer? You should deactivate it first before you activate it on a new computer. You can find more information here:

I didn't activate it on another computer, I just updated it, I have one computer

Are you using a Virtual Machine? Did you contact us through our contact form?

I don't use a virtual machine. This happened after updating roboDK to a newer version. I contacted you via the form.

I just got back to your email with a temporary license while we fix this issue.

Did you make any hardware changes to your computer? This can make RoboDK see your computer as a different computer.
