Move joint not working on krc4

#1
Hi,

Try to connect robodk to kr10.
- connect ok
- get position ok
move joint: "Error (unable to set new pos)

Any idea?

Hello,
Do you use the C3 Bridge Interface server on the robot control side?
#3
Yes - the c3 program icon is also there on the tray.

The other message (screenshot) when I wanted to transfer the program to the robot may also be related to the error.

Now we discuss two different problems.
1. The first one is online movement, the Move Joints command.
May I ask you to copy/paste the driver log (you can open it by clicking the "Show Log" button)?
It would also be nice to see a screenshot of the C3 Bridge window at the same point in time.

2. The second problem is about invalid destination path on the robot controller.
You're using default value C:/KukaShared, can you try to set valid/existing paths?
Something like:
KRC:\R1\PROGRAM\NEW_NAME.SRC
C:\UPLOAD_TEST.SRC

Can you try to replace your version of kukabridge driver with the latest version?

Hi,

Installed from the beginning on a new computer, but still nothing...

error, error, error...

ex:
"configure force"

"SMS: Error (unknown command "CONFIGURE")

it was a waste of money to buy the program...
#8
Are you sure you didn't forget to replace the kukabridge.exe file after the clean installation?
Because the latest version contains the CONFIGURE command.
Also, could you please show what program is running in the KUKA HMI when you try to start a movement in RoboDK?
