Omron TM Robot Error Importing RoboDK program

#1
Hi,

I have problem when importing a generated program using USB device to OMRON TM Robot. The error in TM Flow is attached.

I followed the instructions for Transfer File via USB in this link but it's not success.
Transfer a file via USB - RoboDK Documentation

I've tried different post processor (Omron, Omron Flow, Omron Path) but the error still occurred.

HW version:3.2
TM Flow version: 1.84.2200
RoboDK version: v5.6.8

Please help

Did it ever work with your current setup and any other programs?

Can you try again with the latest version of RoboDK and a simple program with one or two movements? (no program calls, for example, your test program)

This is my first time using RoboDK.

I found out that the name of generated file (zip) shouldn't be renamed, otherwise the robot will not import the file.

Is this a bug or what?

I can import the file now.

Thanks

OK great, thank you for your feedback.

You should not rename program files in general with any robot controller, otherwise the controller may not take it as a valid program.
