Hello,

I downloaded SurfacePatternGenerator (com_robodk_app_surfacepatterngenerator.rdkp) from https://robodk.com/addin/com.robodk.app....ngenerator.
On my workstation, when I launch the SurfacePatternGenerator application, I get an error message (screenshot).
We have uninstalled and reinstalled other versions of RoboDK but nothing works. 
Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry you are encountering this issue. We have fix this not so long ago, so you might be using an older version of the Python API.

Can you install the latest version of RoboDK and run the following script?
"C:\RoboDK\Python-robodk-Install.bat"

If it does not work, try running this in a command prompt:
C:\RoboDK\Python37\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade robodk
