Problem activating license

#1
I am a new member here and please excuse, if I ask silly questions as I'm new in robot programming.

I got the following problem:
I installed RoboDK on my MacBook, purchased an educational license and after some Youtube tutorials I wanted to start the first project. I tried to start the "Tutorial App", this didn't work. I was told "process failed to start".

My first thought was, something went wrong with the installation. So I deinstalled everything and reinstalled the program. This doubled the problem. Now I am told, I can not activate the license, as it is already used....

I did contact RoboDK, but they referred me to search in the forum.

Did you use your license on any other computer? If so, you should Deactivate the license on the computer you used it.

Also, did you switch between Network and Wifi connections? We've seen that disabling the Wifi connection on a Mac could change your computer ID which whill then require a pool of 2 licenses unless you deactivate the license before doing so.

Hello, thanks for your answer.
RoboDK is only being used on my Macbook, OS Sonama 14.6
I only use it with WLan.
Yesterday I received a new license code. I de- and reinstalled Robodk and used the new license code. Everything worked, I was able to use RoboDK. After one hour I closed the program to use Fusion360. I opened RoboDK and the problem was the same, it shows me the message: License can`t be used as it is already in use. Today I tried to open RoboDK again, but I am not even able to type in a license code, it always gives me the message as shown on the second screenshot , No internet connection. Also it doesn't recognize the Macbook any more, see top, RoboDK new station, free. Isn`t there somebody using a Mac for RoboDK? I cannot be the only Mac-use having these problems. I don`t know anything about Proxy and port settings, can this be the problem?

Please help!
Thanks,
Paul
