Hello there,
i am using a Mac Sonoma 14.6 and have a problem using the palletizing app. When using either the palletizing or depalletizing the app changes the grab- and place- coordinates to absolutely wrong positions.
When using the "process"-button, the program Robodk gives me the message "unexpected error" and ends the program.
Is there another tutorial as described in the RoboDK documentation available?
Is there a video available?
In the sample stations I can't find a program that uses the palletizing app.
Have you tried using the latest version of RoboDK for Mac? What version of the Palletizing Add-in do you have? You can see the version of the palletizing Add-in in the window title.
If you still have issues, could you please provide us with the RoboDK sample project and steps to reproduce the crash?
Hello Albert,
thanks for your quick reply.
The RoboDK Version is 5.9.0, palletizing app is V1.6.2
This is just a small training object. I first made a pick and place program, everything works like I want it.
When I use the palletizing app and follow the instructions in the documentation, the program doesn't really do what I expected, it to definitely make a mistake here. But I don`t know where my mistake is...
When I start the "project" button, I can chose the input frame. As soon as I want to fill in the output frame, the program closes with the attached message.
Yes, you should be able to use the license on your Windows PC or any other computer. Simply make sure to Deactivate the license on one computer (select Help-License) and activate it on another computer.
I'm sorry for the delays. We are working on this fix. We are hoping to release an update soon.
