Questions on Collision-free map

Hello,
I'm trying to create a collision-free-map these days (my version is 3.8.4 now), then I have some questions:
First,
I follow the RoboDK documentation (https://robodk.com/doc/en/Collision-Avoidance.html#CollisionPRM) to create the collision-free-map step-by-step, but the calculation didn't success. (I tried many times, no matter how long did it take, it didn’t success.) 
   
Then I searched and saw this discuss about the collision avoidance(https://robodk.com/forum/Thread-Collision-Avoidance), so I downloaded the sample rdk file and tried to execute “update map” , but the calculation still failed.
     
Another question, when I opened the sample rdk file, only try to check “display map”, then I got the interruption of program, why these problems came up?

I already uninstall my RoboDK one time, but it's still the same.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue with the file from the other thread.
Can you post your RDK file?
Can you reproduce this issue with the latest version of RoboDK?

Hello Albert,

I go to check my update again,

I think I miss  the latest version update,

Now I update to  the latest version then it seems work successfully.
