Please provide video or document reference for using run on robot option for attached robot configuration. Also please confirm the Run on Robot is possible or not for attached specification of robot.

You should not have any issues programming your KUKA KRC4 controller with RoboDK. Both the post processor and the driver work. You can find more information about how to generate programs for KUKA and using the driver here:
