This is being used in a AVD VM.

I have attached the debug log. Please advice.

This issue is related to unsupported graphics card drivers, which happens if you are using RoboDK on a Virtual Machine (VM).

I recommend you to start RoboDK by selecting the following BAT file which will support running 3D graphics without a dedicated graphics card:
C:/RoboDK/RoboDK-Safe-Start-VM.bat
