When I try to use the ShapeAddin by clicking on its icon, the following error message appears:

Could you provide a solution to this issue?

Are you running the latest version of the Shape add in?

To ensure this, can you reinstall the add-in from our add-in marketplace by clicking on download and opening the rdkp file? (Open may not use the latest version)

Hi, I have a similar issue but when I go to install the latest version of shape I have the following errors when I click install or download.

Finally got it to work. Was able to download the package using Edge (Chrome did not work). Had to run RoboDK in Administrator mode and had to allow full permissions for all users for the RoboDK directory.
