Staubli SC8C Rounding Tool Problems

#1
Hello, I am trying to use the rounding feature on my Staubli CS8C, but when I add it, it doesn't smooth out the path, and it still stops between movements. I am not sure if it is user error with the tool or if I need to add something for Staubli programs specifically. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

What post processor for Staubli are you using? There are a few different ones.

Also, can you share your RoboDK project file?

I am using the S6 post-processor, and due to my license type, I can't save my project on this computer, so here is a screenshot of an example I made. I will be able to get on my main computer and save files later tonight.

Currently the Staubli S6 post processor does not account for the rounding value.

You should use the Staubli VAL3 post processor or a more recent post. You should not have any issues using other post processors with the Staubli SC8C controller.

Ok I switched over the regular Val3 and now every time I try to run the program it says the connection status is unknown and there are no faults on the pendant. I can jog it to positions but I can't run the program. I have attached the RDK file

After some further testing, I was able to get the rounding to work on another program, but it is still stopping in between moves. How do I correct this?
