Staubli robot drivers do not support the rounding feature well, which is why you experience stops between moves and parameter faults like unrecognized tools.

We recommend generating programs using the Staubli VAL3 post processor instead of using the driver, as program generation supports more features including rounding and smoother paths. Make sure your RoboDK version is up to date.

What issues did you have with the post processors? The Staubli VAL3 one should work with Staubli CS8 robot controllers

I have been able to use the drivers for almost everything I need, but now, I tried to send the programs to the robot using the different post processors, and the only one that gets close is the S6 one, but when I try to run them through the pendant, that is when I get the tooling errors and parameter faults.
