Staubli robot drivers do not support the rounding feature well, which is why you experience stops between moves and parameter faults like unrecognized tools.
We recommend generating programs using the Staubli VAL3 post processor instead of using the driver, as program generation supports more features including rounding and smoother paths. Make sure your RoboDK version is up to date.
