When I try to connect to a Leica AT960 laser tracker, I get the following message:

I am able to ping the tracker.

Is there a workaround for this?

It looks like you didn't enter the IP of your Leica laser tracker properly. Can you send us a print screen of the laser tracker connection settings?

Hi Albert, I came in this morning and it just started working... Kind of bummed I can't reproduce this anymore.

I will mark this as resolved and reopen if I can reproduce the issue again.
