Universal Robots connection issue

Having an issues connecting to our  Universal Robots UR10e
seems like it wants port 30002.
just tells me "waiting" , can't pull current position or of course move it.

I am getting this same error message when trying to connect. Is there a way that I am able to connect? Where is the script that is monitoring it?

the problem was solved a few months ago but now returning to a similar setup. I am having this issue again.
