Correct Robot Model and Post-Processor for Yaskawa MH50 with DX200?

#1
Hello.

I am relatively new to RoboDK.

I have a Yaskawa MH50 k00 630kg 50kg payload robot.

What is the correct name for this robot in RoboDK, and which post-processor should I use when the controller is a DX200?

Best Regards
Stig Lindberg.

We have the following Motoman MH50 robot:

You can use the standard Motoman or Motoman Cartesian postprocessors.
For the standard Motoman postprocessor, the pulse/degree ratio values should be updated by loading the ALL.PRM file into the RoboDK station.

You can find additional info at the following link:

Please make sure you are using the latest version of RoboDK and the Tools - Options - Python tab uses the default Python interpreter:

If that doesn't work, we can apply your ALL.PRM file to the MH50 robot and post the updated robot here.

Hi again.

I have tried to follow your instructions.

I am running Python 3.12.6, but I still get the same Python error when I try to open the ALL.PRM file.
Should I post my ALL.PRM file here?

You can try doing this with Python-Embedded.

Yes, of course. You can post it here.
Alternatively, you can contact us at info@robodk.com.
