Current License: Unable to Connect

Hi,

My company has a license for RoboDK - however when I try to activate the license, it throws an error as attached.

Kindly let me know how to activate the license and solve this issue.

I tried all the instructions - however I get the same error. I believe we'd have to either renew our maintenance or try older versions of RoboDK. How do I do that?

Hi Albert, I tried a much older version (5.5.1) and got the same error. Can we get a software/license maintenance so that we can use the newer versions as well?

This issue may be related to your computer not being able to connect to the RoboDK server to check the license.

You can send us a request at info@robodk.com with your license code and a link to this forum thread so we can better investigate the issue.
