Failure to Drag and Drop ALL.PRM

#1
I tried to drag and drop a Yaskawa ALL.PRM file as per the online instructions. I keep getting this error

"Python script failed returning - 1073741515
Python script output"

And the Robot Parameter file does not update.  I am running RoboDK V5.2.4.20742.  The robot is a Yaskawa GP110 running YRC1000. I tried attaching the ALL.PRM file but it was not allowed.

You may need to install Python 2 and make sure it is available in the path. We'll remove this dependency in the near future.

Automatically extracting the pulses/degree ratio from Yaskawa/Motoman ALL.PRM files is new in RoboDK and should work if you selected the correct robot. More information here:

Thanks it worked.

We just fixed the issue about loading ALL.PRM files from Yaskawa/Motoman robot controllers into RoboDK. The issue is fixed with the latest version of RoboDK.

You can take the latest version here:
https://robodk.com/download

Make sure to first load the correct robot model from the RoboDK library and then load the ALL.PRM file.

If you have any issues, try using the default Python interpreter (C:/RoboDK/Python-Embedded).
