Please use RoboDK's official documentation to set up your JAKA robot:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robots-JAKA.html#JAKA

If you manually copied files to the RoboDK installation folder to follow the JAKA instructions, delete them. Updating RoboDK will not remove them.
Once deleted, install the latest version of RoboDK (currently v5.6.8 released on 2024-01-31).

Note: your first screenshot uses the "DobotDriver.exe", not the "apijaka.py".

Please confirm that when I click the download button I am downloading the correct version

because when I download the version from the site I get a completely different release

Checked the relevance of the RoboDK version

Is there any advice on my problem?

Have you deleted the files from JAKA before updating (jakaAPI, zlib, jkrc, etc)?

If the issue remains, please email us at info@robodk.com mentioning this forum thread and my name.

Если проблема остается, напишите нам по адресу info@robodk.com, указав эту ветку форума и мое имя.

Yes, of course, I did everything as they said, completely removed the program and unnecessary files, then downloaded the latest version from the site, installed RoboDK and checked for updates, and everything remained the same

The issue with the JAKA driver was resolved by installing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013, available here:
