Please use RoboDK's official documentation to set up your JAKA robot:

If you manually copied files to the RoboDK installation folder to follow the JAKA instructions, delete them. Updating RoboDK will not remove them.
Once deleted, install the latest version of RoboDK (currently v5.6.8 released on 2024-01-31).
Note: your first screenshot uses the "DobotDriver.exe", not the "apijaka.py".
Please confirm that when I click the download button I am downloading the correct version

because when I download the version from the site I get a completely different release
