hi i'm an intern currently using robodk's educational license i usually use robodk in my pc at home or my mac today suddenly robodk in mac crashed and now i am not able to login it shows license is being used,maximum number of concurrent users has been reached, although i am not using it in any of the device still it is showing error

Are you using the same license on 2 different computers? If so, you should first deactivate the license on one computer before you can activate it on the other one.

I was using it after deactivating only but after a robodk crash in mac i cant activate in any of the two .
