Pulses/Degree on Motoman ES200D

#1
Hello,

the parameter pulses/degree in robot advanced option, default, is made from a standard robot template from yaskawa ? Because i found some default value...

I have a problem : Simulation in RoboDK all ok ... but simulation on Yaskawa simulator on in the reality robot is different..  that's maybe because i need to correct this value ? Were i can found this value ? From Yaskawa ??

Thanks.

Hi Raffaele,

Some Yaskawa/Motoman robots have the pulses/degree information in the robot parameters. Usually this information is accurate (unless you see a ratio of 1). Not all robots in RoboDK contain this information.

If you have the pulses/degree ratio of your robot and you want to provide it in RoboDK you can follow these steps:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robots-Motoman...omanPulses

If you don't have this information it is better if you provide us with the ALL.PRM file from your robot controller and we can extract the pulses/degree ratio.

Hi Albert,
I'm very new to RoboDK and need your help, please!
I have now the same Problem as Raffael with my Yaskawa DX100/MH50.
Besides that, When I tried to define the TCP and the Reference on RoboDK according to the data which I have on my robot, The simulated robot on RoboDK looks very different and not correct.
should I send you also the (All.PRM)?

Thanks in Advance!
