RoboDK keeps on crashing

I just installed the trial version of RoboDK 5.4.3 but it crashes as soon as I open it. Did anyone else experienced this? I don't know what is causing it.

are you using an external monitor?

Thanks for your reply. 
I am not using an external monitor. But I was using it on virtual box, which may have caused this issue as per the thread you shared. 
Though I had tried RoboDK on linux in virtual box and it worked fine on that, so I thought it would be fine on Windows virtual box too. 
I will try it on stand alone windows system, and see if that solves it.

RoboDK in Linux and Windows VMs using VirtualBox works fine for me. Can you start it in debug mode and send us the log? You should find a RoboDK-Start-Debug.bat in your install folder.
