Tool attached to the robot (but not the flange)

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering how can I attach a tool (with it's own TCP, the chance of choosing this tool as an active tool, etc.) that is attached to a robot, but it doesn't move with the flange of the robot?
What i want is to place a tool, for example, in the ABB logo (4th axis), so the tool can actually follow the robot but it doesn't rotate when I move the 5th or 6th axis.
Is there a way to do this???

I don't think it's possible.
I never saw that done on any robot honestly, and if anyone did, please let me know, I'm very curious.
