Take a look at our Motoman driver documentation, please:
https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robots-Motoman...verMotoman

Can you also provide us with the connection log?

i already follow the instruction manual from that link.

i tried it again, and success to ping in roboDK but still cannot connect.

Did you set the switch to remote on the teach pendant?

This issue should be unrelated to Python settings.
#6
yap, i see it.
i moved it into remote mode on the pendant before i start to connect it.
I followed according to the instructions in this link

https://robodk.com/doc/en/Robots-Motoman...verMotoman

if we look at the log, this part,

Starting robot driver: C:/RoboDK/api/robot/MotomanHSE.exe
Starting...
ErrorSMS:RoboDK driver for Motoman v4.8.3 (HSE and Serial)
Loading settings: C:/Users/FARHAN AFIF/AppData/Roaming/RoboDK-Drivers/MotomanHSE.exe.ini

i think there is trouble with the driver, motomanHSE.

do you any idea?
thank you

Do you have the Motocom option?

You can try with the apimotoman driver instead:
  1. Select Connect-Connect robot
  2. Select More options...
  3. Click on Select right beside the Driver path
  4. Select apimotoman
This requires the Motocom license provided by Yaskawa/Motoman
#8
i dot have motocom,
but i have motoPlus.
could i use motoplus instead?
#9
We currently don't have a version of the Motoman driver compatible with MotoPlus.
#10
Is there any way that i could controll the robot with motoplus using the data and programming from roboDK? I mean like export the program from roboDK and import to motoplus.
